Super Maggie and Crafty Dee

Urban Socialite Dee is finally back from Nepal...
Welcome Back Dee!!! Dee, besides being a model urban socialite, is also extremely crafty... in fact, I'd go as far as to say she's a crafty bitch. Speaking of such, you should check out this website. They have some of the coolest bags around... plus a great logo (maybe they should team up with Evil Kitty!). Speaking of cool girls I know, my brother's girlfriend, Maggie is another super urban socialite (she's like the chill/ low maintenance brand), ... and it's only fitting that there's a site named after her, SuperMaggie.com. Ok, so the site isn't actually named after her, but she is super and the site does have great clothes...

Anyway here is my random/ "life in Corporate America" rant:
I don't know how it is where you are, but its HOT here... I mean, sweaty, sweltering, humid and hot. The weather has been so bad I actually broke down and bought a pair of... gasp... capri pants. I know people generally like them, but I've always thought they sucked... people just look funny in them. Unless you're like six feet tall with pencil thin legs, they just kind of cut you off and make women look awkward. I mean, no offense, but only certain women should wear capri pants... or so I thought. I'm about 5'5"... I actually think I look bad in them, but I realize, in this world of pushing paper and making deals, that at the end of the day I don't really care. If it's acceptable at work, and cooler than pants, I'm there. (Again I got the Maxx for the minimum....) Do any of you know of independent designers who make workish clothes?
