Fashion Week Guide

So I actually wrote this post Friday, but FireFox froze (grrr) and I lost it....so here I go again.
The gist is, I'm not going to spend too much time covering fashion week. (1) Because I'm not physically there (at least not as of today) and know you can form your own opinions about the various lines; and (2) because 9 out of 10 fashion sites on the web are covering this fabulous event and I know you come here for the freshness, not repetition.
That being said there are some sites you definitely should visit for the best fashion week coverage....

Best Fashion Week Commentary:

Robin Givhan's Washington Post Blog "Off the Runway" is my favorite place for fashion week commentary. Not blinded by the glitz and bling, Ms. Givhan gives it to you straight with unrivaled humor and insight!

Best Behind the Scenes Coverage:

Fashion Week Daily is the source for the best behind the scenes coverage. Don't let The Daily Front Row's size fool you either. This fashion tent staple is packed with exclusive photo's, interviews, and dirty little fashion secrets. Plus, the powers that be at FWD are nice enough to let us download the magazine for free in PDF format for instant browsing.

Best Fashion Show Coverage:

New York Magazine is the best place to go for gorgeous runway photos. Before you get inundated with editorial commentary and reviews, I suggest you start your fashion week browsing here for an unbiased look at each show. Not only can you can search the lines by season, color and prints, gender, and trends, NYMag also offers designer profiles and the ability to create your own fashion album with the looks you love. Newbie/ Video Coverage:

Newcomer (and blog community of which I am a member) Coutorture is seeking to take fashion week by storm. With its army of bloggers, check this site often for video coverage of fashion week. From outside the tents, to the shows, to behind the scenes, Coutorture has it covered.
